social and organizing Committee Officer (SCO)
It shall be duty of the SCO Officer:
1. To be the one responsible for organizing the Association’s events.
2. Interviewing of the members who want to participate in organizing the local events, and to accept
or reject them.
3. To evaluate the members who participated in organizing the local events in coordination with the
HR Officer.
4. To submit annually a written report on his activities on behalf of the Association during his year of
office, and his recommendations to the General Assembly.
5. To carry out such other duties as are assigned by the General Assembly, the Executive Committee,
the Articles and Regulations as appertain to the position of the SCO Officer.
6. Prepare annual trips.
7. Organizing events.
8. Arrange social meetings.
9. Promotion of the events of all committees, in cooperation with the officers of these committees.
10. responsible for all logistic support.
