Public Relations Officer (PR)
It shall be the duty of the Public Relations Officer:1. To preside the meetings of Media Board, which consists of two subcommittees; Public Relations subcommittee and Social Media subcommittee, in which each subcommittee is presided by an Officer Assistant.
2. The officer assistants are appointed through Officer’s suggestions which in turn shall be approved by the Executive Committee in accordance with Chapter 3 Section 2.
3. To maintain and update the official EADS pages on social media networks providing information for dental students worldwide.
4. To carry out the duties of the online marketing of the Association and its events.
5. To carry out and handle the relations of the Association with other persons and organizations.
6. To submit annually a written report on his activities on behalf of the Association during his year of office, and his recommendations to the General Assembly.
7. To carry out such other duties as are assigned by the General Assembly, the Executive Committee, the Articles and Regulations as appertain to the position of the Public Relation Officer.
8. To prepare the training programs of the Association.
9. To supervise all the training activities of the association.
10. To submit annually a written report on his activities on behalf of the Association during his year of office, and his recommendations to the General Assembly.
11. To carry out such other duties as are assigned by the General Assembly, the Executive Committee, the Articles and Regulations as appertain to the position of National Training Officer
