Human Resources Officer (HR)
It shall be the duty of the HR and training committee :
1. Prepare assessments of the Associations activities.
2. To carry out the duties of the Human Resources, in coordination with HR specialist
- Certification of the candidates to determine their liability to be Golden or Platinum members.
- To be responsible for investigations associated with the members and conflicts in the Association.
- Send the reports to the Executive Committee to take the proper decisions.
3. Assessment and ranking of:
- The local Projects, Project’s Managers and organizers.
- The Local events, in order to determine their liability to have a higher vote in the voting system.
- The best five (5) members.
- The worst three (3) members
4. To ensure the activation and execution of the EADS Constitution and the National Executive
Committee orders and recommendations.
5. To submit annually a written report on his activities on behalf of the Association during his year of
office, and his recommendations to the General Assembly.
6. To carry out such other duties as are assigned by the General Assembly, the Executive Committee, the Articles and Regulations as appertain to the position of HR Officer and training which are to prepare the training programs of the Association.
- To supervise all the training activities of the association as well as representatives from each
- Local Chapter (Local Training Officer) and coordinate between them.
- To submit annually a written report on his activities on behalf of the Association during his year of office, and his recommendations to the General Assembly.
- To carry out such other duties as are assigned by the General Assembly, the Executive Committee, the Articles and Regulations as appertain to the position of National Training Officer.
